RAPIDYCORE / LEGAL

Privacy, in
plain terms.

RapidyCore builds focused desktop software, and Solvar is its current product. This page describes how RapidyCore handles personal data across the website, your account and the products you use.

Who we are

RapidyCore develops Solvar, a Windows desktop product for Blade Ball, and operates this website, the RapidyCore account system, and the supporting backend services. For privacy questions or requests, contact support: rapidycore.help@gmail.com.

Website usage

Visiting public pages does not require an account. Basic technical data needed to serve pages (such as IP address and request metadata in standard server logs) is processed for security and operation of the service.

Account creation

Creating an account requires an email address, a password, and an optional display name. An account is created only after you prove ownership of the email address with a verification code. Each account receives a permanent, randomly generated 15-digit Account ID that never changes.

Email address

Your email address is your sign-in identity and the contact point for verification and password-recovery messages. Public profile areas never show your full address — only a masked form (for example, showing the first and last characters before @). Registration is limited to widely used mailbox providers, and disposable or temporary addresses are rejected.

Passwords and security

Passwords are stored only as one-way secure hashes on our servers and are never stored or sent in readable form. Passwords are never emailed to you. Sign-in sessions use short-lived access tokens with revocable refresh sessions. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes, allow two attempts, are stored only as hashes, and cannot be reused.

Email verification and password recovery

Verification and recovery codes are sent from our automated system address. Request and attempt limits, cooldowns, and rate limiting protect these flows against abuse. Resetting a password revokes all existing sessions for that account.

Authentication and sessions

Signing in creates a server-side session (web) or token pair (Solvar desktop). Sessions can be ended with Sign out / Log out; expired or revoked sessions stop working. Heartbeat and activity timestamps keep your access state and online presence accurate.

Account ID and profile information

Your permanent Account ID, display name (if set), and current access state (subscription, temporary access, or trial status) are part of your account record and are shown to you in your profile. Our support team can see account identifiers and subscription information when helping with a request or investigating abuse.

Subscriptions and Free Trial

If you hold a subscription, pass, promotional access, or the one-time 12-hour Free Trial, the server records its type, validity period, and source. This data determines what the products unlock for you and is displayed back to you in your account areas.

Referral and discount codes

Accounts can be created with a referral code, and purchases can be made with a discount code. When either is used, the account records which code was applied and, for a referral code, which account it belongs to. A referral code is tied to the account of the person who shared it, so that their share of a referred purchase can be worked out. The rates, the payout arrangements and the conditions are set by RapidyCore and are not part of this policy.

IP addresses, rate limiting, and anti-abuse

IP addresses are processed for security and abuse prevention: login protection, verification rate limits and cooldowns, disposable-mailbox screening, and a limit of two public self-service registrations per source IP. Automated checks run server-side; results may be kept in security and audit logs.

Cookies

The website keeps you signed in with cookies that the page itself cannot read: they are set httpOnly, so no script on the page can access them, and they are sent only to our own servers. Nothing about your session is written to local storage. No advertising or analytics trackers are used. Signing out, or clearing cookies for this site, ends the session on that device.

Solvar desktop application

Solvar is installed on your Windows computer and signs in with your email and password. It keeps its session securely on your device, and periodically contacts our servers to confirm your access state and to check whether a newer version is available. The application sends no gameplay data: what leaves your computer is the account it is signed in as, the state of its access, and version information needed to keep it up to date.

Telegram bot

Subscriptions can also be bought through our Telegram bot. If you use it, the bot stores your Telegram account id, the Telegram username you have at the time, the RapidyCore account you linked to it, and a record of what you bought and when. Payment is handled by Telegram in Stars; we never see your payment details, only the confirmation that a payment succeeded. Unlinking your Telegram account from the RapidyCore account stops the bot from acting on it, and the purchase history stays with the account it was made for.

Where your data is held

All account and service data is held on our own cloud server, together with the database, the API that serves the website and the application, and the mail delivery used for verification and recovery messages. It is not spread across third-party services, and no analytics, advertising or data-resale providers are part of this system.

Keeping your account to yourself

Your account identifies you. Your email address, Account ID, password and any session on your devices are personal to you, and sharing them — with a friend, in a screenshot, in a support thread, or anywhere public — is the most common way an account is lost. Nobody at RapidyCore will ever ask you for your password. If you think somebody else has access to your account, change the password and contact support.

How information is used

Your information is used to operate accounts and access: registration, sign-in, verification, recovery, subscriptions and trials, abuse prevention, support, and service security. It is not sold and not used for advertising.

Security

Access is protected with hashed credentials, short-lived sessions, revocation, rate limits, and server-side checks. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account is compromised, reset your password and contact support.

Retention

Account and service records are kept for as long as your account exists and as needed for security, audit, and legal purposes. Verification codes expire automatically and are not retained in usable form. Server and security logs rotate over time.

Account and data requests

There is currently no self-service account deletion on the website. To request assistance with your account or data — including deletion requests — contact support at rapidycore.help@gmail.com from your account email address.

Policy changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of the account system after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
